El Taco Rico Restaurant at 107 North Loop 288, Denton, Texas.

DO NOT GO..FOOD IS NOT GOOD. I went and ordered two pambasasos, size was good but had no flavor , no chorizo, and just plain bland. The papas were in the middle-1 scoop is all it seemed - NOT spread all over the bread - ONLY bread and lettuce . Honestly it had no TASTE...I also order 5 tacos Dr Barbacoa. And trust me I know Mexican good-looking this was not barbacoa!! Barbacoa is juicy, dark tasty. This was dry hard, tasteless.... live way acrsoss town (by Guyer) I called the place when I got home, and asked to speak with someone in charge- he stated he was the owner, so i went on and told him about my food...he said yes I know what your talking about I made your order so j told me good then you know what I'm talking about...long story short...he argued with me called me a liar, and I said.is this was you say to all your customers...then went on and just plain said sorry we'll try to do better next time. I was pissed mind you i did tell him I lived way across town ...he finally said ok just brink them back and we'll make you a couple of new ones?? I mean wtf...after all that that's the best he could do...no customer service skills, and argumentive. As my husband always says...you have a business run it right...customer is always RIGHT - MAKE your own decision but, this was my experience thanks.
